Can’t find your confirmation link?
It usually arrives within a minute, but filters love to hide confirmation emails. Here’s where to look.
Found it in spam?
Mark it “Not spam” (or drag it to your main inbox) before you click the link, then add our address to your contacts. That teaches your inbox to trust us, so the launch email lands where you’ll see it.
- Check the Promotions and Updates tabs.
- Look in Spam.
- Search
in:anywherewith our address. The Open Gmail button above does this for you. - Found it in a tab? Drag it to Primary so the next one lands there.
- Check the Other tab, next to Focused.
- Look in Junk Email.
- Found it? Choose Not junk, then “Always trust email from” our address.
- Look in Spam.
- Check the Updates and Offers views in the sidebar.
- Found it? Mark it Not spam before clicking the link.
- Look in Junk. On iPhone it’s under Mailboxes.
- Using several accounts in Apple Mail? Check the Junk folder of the one you signed up with.
- Found it? Tap Move to Inbox or “Not junk”.
- Security filters often hold email from new senders. Look for a quarantine digest email, or a Quarantine link in your mail app.
- Ask your IT team to allow email from
tangibleplugins.com. - In a hurry? Sign up with a personal address instead.
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Check any filters or rules that auto-archive or label new mail.
- Using a mail app? Refresh it. Some only sync every few minutes.
